1. Have as many buyers as possible who are interested in each property
2. Introduce buyers, sellers and friends to Balikey as soon as possible

1. Have as many buyers as possible who are interested in each property
The more potential buyers going after a property, the quicker that property will sell. "To have more potential buyers" was the basis why we created the Balikey Introduction Program.

Likewise you as a member, to maximize your chances of getting commission and bonus again and again, you also need as many potential buyers as possible going after each property. Therefore in addition to introducing buyers and sellers, you need to "have" a lot more buyers and sellers by using: You -> Friend -> Buyers/Sellers.

Introduce THIS starting from  those who are close to you, such as: your partner, mom and dad, brothers and sisters, uncle and aunty, cousins, neibours, friends, etc. They can be from any where in Indonesia and overseas such as Australia, China, USA, Singapore, Russia, Holland, Germany, etc. And they can be from any background... they don't need to know anything about property business, because their role, like you is only to introduce.

IMPORTANT: do not pick and choose, anyone can introduce buyers/sellers.

- For your Member 1st transaction, you will get 50% of his commission - this is for your effort in introducing him to Balikey.
- For your Member 2nd, 3rd and 4th transactions, you will get a bonus, which is 5% of his commission (bonuses are paid by Balikey).|


2. Introduce buyers, sellers and friends to Balikey AS SOON AS POSSIBLE

There are now thousands of members, and many new one ones joining THIS everyday.

As you'd know, the people you know, also know other people. As the number of THIS  Members increases, so if you delay, chances are greater that those buyers, sellers and friends whom you know, will be introduced to THIS by other members.

Note:

- As soon as we're able to contact your buyers/sellers, our system will "lock" them as the buyers/sellers introduced by you, and you're entitled to receive commission for 3 transactions (buy or sell) that each of them has made through us.
- As soon as the people whom you have introduced registered as THIS Members, our system will "lock" them as new members introduced by you. For your Member's 1st transaction, you will get 50% of her commission - for your effort in introducing her to THIS ; for your Member's 2nd, 3rd and 4th transactions, you will get a bonus, which is 5% of her commission (bonuses are paid by THIS).

Q: Have there been members who succeeded in getting a deal?
A: Yes. But Member A has succeeded, doesn't mean Member B will succeed. So please do understand the two tips above, and follow through, and you chances of getting commissios or bonuses will be maximized.
